A nice addition but it feels way too powerful for the level it begins appearing (I’m using the munitions and LL mods linked in the “mods requiring this” list).
Getting hit with it for more than 3 seconds is a death sentence at level 20.
Also, the electricity seems to be able to hit you through solid objects like barriers and walls.
okay i know its been years since this was uploaded but how does the electricty get to them if there is no electrode or postive terminal? I just don't know but I do like the concept of it ¯\_(?)_/¯
It is like a large tesla coil that shoots lightning, and no matter how much you want to spin it, it is still a fantasy weapon, do not look for realism haha

I personally like the Automatron DLC, Making giant tank robots to roam the Commonwealth can be pretty satisfying.
EDIT: i just got the rest of the dlcs (already had Nuka World) , starting with Automatron. I just started and i'm already loving the hell out of it.
FO4edit seems to show this in a level list, but I'm not sure.
