I want to inform you all that i am having some serious
problems and cannot be online all the time as before .
I will explain to clarify the situation.
As ive said in the past im unemployed for over 2 years now and the s.h.i.t. finally hit the fan.
As of 12/12/2016 my home has no power because i couldnt keep up with the bills .
I have moved my main rig to my brother-in -law's business
location where i spend most of my day since home is an
icebox.
You may have also noticed that i am adding a donation button and its obviously NOT to make a profit but to
help me get some essential stuff like a wood stove and a
small electrical generator to cover my basic needs.

Once a chapel and sanctuary for the followers of the Lady of the lake has now become a symbol of hope .
Pay your respects to the Lady and as a reward you can stay above her in the chapel for as long as your heart desires and your soul needs to heal.
You are now the proud owner of a settlement overlooking the Lake and a majestic view to relax and forget the harsh and barbaric world that you live in.

This mod is quite big in size but mind you a big part is the lake itself.
The build area starts at the road above and reaches the edges of the lake below.
The main building is a renovated chapel with a couple of quirks due to Bethesda not providing a solid 2 way repaired part for the 2 sides ,hence it looks brand new from the outside but inside you can see a bit of sky through the roof.
All the furniture ive placed is NPC usable .
On the stone wall surrounding the main building i have placed some nice stone pillars to be used for turret placement.
Lighting inside is minimal cause im sure youre gonna change it.
Thats it... i will leave the rest for you to discover.
This mod requires wasteland workshop and farharbor ( maybe automatron as well ).
I would also like to Thank speedynl and m0ds1984 for their help and pointing me in the right direction for some issues i had.. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!!
ENJOY!!! and dont forget to post pics.
p.s. If you find any floating stuff scrap it ( there is so much plant life etc.. that i may have missed one or two after landscaping )
p.s. 1.1 The workshop is on the right side of the front of the building hidden so go behind the railing from either side to activate. ( didnt know where to hide it :P )
Warning !
It seems that a very rare bug is effecting some doors in concord causing a teleport endless loop.
Use the optional version with all problematic doors removed so you dont get stuck anywhere until a solution is found.
This will NOT effect your chapel build in any way other than the missing main gate and chapel front door ( use your own ).
