BEST MOD ON NEXUS, HAVE BEEN USING IT SINCE RELEASE! ive literally used this mod since i was a wee little boy on XBOX and it has been my favorite minutemen mod to this DAY! There aint no way this mod is ever getting updated, but changing the "minutemen hat" the same way you changed the "militia hat" would make this mod perfect in a way that is unimprovable (besides adding similar uniforms and hats). Cannot STRESS how much this mod improved fallout. I would NOT be playing this game without this masterpiece. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
I own a laser musket for home defense, since that's what the founding fathers intended. Four raiders break into my settlement. "What the devil?" As I grab my tricorn and six-crank. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pipe pistol on the second man, miss him entirely because it's useless and nails the neighbor's mongrel. I have to resort to the artillery piece mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with mortar shells, "Tally ho lads" the mortar shell shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off flamethrower traps. Draw Pickman's Blade and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He bleeds out since the knife deals bleeding damage. Ah, just as the founding fathers intended.
In all seriousness, a great mod and perfect for a steampunk playthrough.
Fantastic mod, is there any change it could be altered to give the Goodneighbor guards the American blue to go with Hancock's revolutionary era dress. I've been trying to do it myself, but as a modding noob I can't seem to make it work.
I have seen a mod for muskets and blunderbusses, maybe its something for you there? Its realistic for the clothing to be weareble, but i seriusly doubt that even in the fallout universe, they would make fully functional muskets, only for them to put them on mannequins for a museum.
Still, that would be both comical AND kind of awesome, ngl.....
