About this mod
This is NOT a settlement mod.
This is a complete landscaping of a vanilla location (not a settlement).
Its a "potential " settlement with the help of either a mod like Conquest or directly edited by yourselves.

This is Serenity.
A lot of you know that i love to landscape and do some crazy stuff but i lack the Technical knowledge to create a FUNCTIONING settlement.
In most cases its a coin toss for me so i said "the hell with it" and left that part to the experts.
Im going to do what i love most and that is LandScaping & Set dressing.
This is my first mod of this type and i hope you people find the time to check it out.
I did a total rework of the area thus creating a great place to settle,create a fishing village etc.
I didnt add too much stuff that you will have to scrap if its not in your taste so i kept it simple as possible focusing on the land mass , some large rock formations,a few water effects,cleaned out the area of potential radiation (when you see the area you'll know why ).
I left the quest aspect and encounters untouched and only got rid of some bloatflies but there are several dangers still there.
The location is the lake north(behind) the General Atomics Galleria (top/center of the map right of sanctuary )
I went over it as much as possible so if you find anything floating just delete it from the console and forgive this old fart for his poor eyesight.. ;)
Recommended files are only the Far harbor DLC for some of the tress and rock formations i used..
