I'd rather use this simple texture instead of the that other one that makes everyone look like they stepped out of the Union Army from the American Civil War.
Looks good, I might use it if I grow bored of my current replacer. Only thing I find to be a bit of an eye-sore is the Minuteman logo on the back. I figure the one on the chest is enough, any more and it looks a bit like clutter.
I made my own design in photoshop as well. How do I make that their outfit instead of your retexture? Im not going to post mine but I have been using opencontainer 1 everytime I find minutemen and giving them the army fatigues instead you would be helping me alot.
I hope that I have correctly understood the question (my English is not very good, I'm russian :-)) All textures have DDS format. I think you should use " DDS plugin " for photoshop. (I used GIMP for my retexture, and i dont know photoshop well). I found a good video instruction about this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7480/?
And you need only this file: Data\textures\armor\MinutemanUnderArmor\MinutemenUnderarmor_d.dds
