Such a shame that the creator gave up on the project, but totally understandable. This could've been so incredible in its final state. There's so many awesome abandoned projects on the FO4 Nexus...
...Or maybe he specifically realized his vision (huge ammount of work and glitch/bug fixing for years) and, like the Professor himself put it, he decided to stick with smaller mods.
Understandable 'cause these kinds of mods (a damn city!) need a lot of work.

As the other guy said....city size mods are a pain. I did one a long time back when it was a little bit simpler for morrowind. The thing is this mod has been dead for about 3 years now, but secondly the size people are asking for...; You are going to need a couple to at least 4 people to dev something this size. Otherwise you will end up like the OP and just poof. Plus more devs make things more streamlined and faster to work through (Usually). I was actually thinking about talking to some devs to see if they would pick this one up, or maybe try their hand at something similar....Gonna need to spampost request across a couple PMs and larger mod pages though...cause most of the good Devs are busy on projects or moved on to other games.
Guys I'm pretty sure this guy is dead. It's best that whoever wants to pick it up, picks it up ASAP. This was a great mod that someone overreached on, but inspired many others.

After a few years I pop myself back over this mod.....and it's as dead as my sense of humor. Soooo......any devs still active and passing through here? If so anyone want to either try to continue this or maybe make a better version? This was one of the best ones I played way back in the day....sad to see it dead as a doornail.
I'm looking forward to seeing this mod grow in size and perhaps become a large zone with new mods and quests, a fan made DLC if possible. If I knew how to do that stuff I would.
