Great mod.All look good.i have only 2 complains. First the price of riot helmet, knight ,and cat is around 4000 at charisma 10 with no bartending skills. That is too much while playing on survival. Second WHY i can't add balistic weave or legendaries or lining or anything to them at armor workbench? Looks good but on survival i am dead after 1 headshot without protection so i need to have something that looks good and won;t let me die.
I don't suppose anyone'd be able to release an updated version on Ludvig's behalf with his permission? The textures could do with a little touch up and the helmets sorted into levelled lists as opposed to a merchant + radio station.
Wanted to have this mod for knight helmet, but that radio signal occupies radio frequency I need for Club Fusion radio to play on receivers. Wish there was version without a radio.
Is this confirmed? Did it happen to anyone else? If so then yea an option to remove the radio would be nice, or an update to move it to another frequency.
Im affraid thats what happens when wearing helmets in fallout 4. It just isn't as noticable with the base helmets. It's either that or that the hair goes through the helmet . Im affraid there is no way for you to change it on xbox :/.
It's actually fixable pretty easily in the CK. As I noted in another post, all that has to be done is to disable the "long hair" slot for the helmet. There's a little clipping that could be fixed with a little mesh tweaking, if ludvig218 wants to do so.
I love this mod. I only wish there were more (darker) textures for the helmets. Preferably black, but even a darker green would look pretty cool.
EDIT: Did some quick-and-dirty texture editing and made a black version of the riot helm. Image uploaded.
By the way, I spent hours trying to get long hair to show with some vanilla helmets like the synth and combat helmets. All one SHOULD have to do is remove the flag from the "long hair" slot and take out the "aviation cap" mesh and the hair should show like it does for the metal helm and army helmet, but NOPE, not with vanilla helmets. With your riot helm, though, all I had to do was untoggle the "long hair" slot and it worked!
The hair clips a bit on the open version of the riot helm, but much less on the closed version. A teeny edit to the mesh and disabling the "long hair" flag would make it look pretty great.
