Turns the Sleepwalker's Place (unmarked location near Andrew Station) into a Settlement.



I have tested the following:
Settlers arriving from beacon.
Settlers moved to Settlement.
Settlers assigned to supply lines.
Building, etc.

The only thing untested is random attacks from enemies, but I have personally placed spawn points, so it should do that also.
And Preston might even send you to help them once in a while! (Sorry, not sorry)

Update: While testing for another mod, I had a spawned attack at Sleepwalker Overpass.  All features tested and functional. :)

The Map Marker is Fast Travel Ready for your convenience. The Settlement has a built-in elevator and an on-ramp for accessibility.

Just use NMM to install it, or drop it in your Data folder and activate it in plugins.txt - the choice is yours.
