He's done it again.... On visiting all of the settlements, Charlie realised that there wasn't many places with flat land to build upon. Being the ever so generous quadrillionaire he is he has decided to give you one of his spare Barges for you too make your new home on. Dont worry this Barge wont sink, It is fitted with Vertical Stability Controllers™. Complete with nice views of the commonwealth plenty of space and somewhere to grow fruit/veg or whatever you like.

Ever wanted a settlement that was pure flat and had nice views, Well look no further. Charlies Barge settlement mod is here for you. Fully navmeshed with area for food and water and pretty much everything else you could imagine to put in there.

The Workshop menu for this settlement will not become available until you have reached this location, Once this is done you will be able to see all relevant settlement information in your pipboy.

Location: South east of The Castle settlement.

Fully working settlement.
Settlers can be recruited here.
Fully Navmeshed.
Shows in pipboy.

Bugs: When setting up a supply line the line will show on your pipboy map but the settler will not move although the supply line WILL work, Similarly when sending settlers to new location they will not go there I am working on a fix for this. (As far as I can tell I have fixed this issue has been solved, Awaiting feedback.)
Let me know if you find any more and I will get to work on squashing them.

Updates: Added an optional files with a Bridge to the Barge from Warwick Homestead

Future Updates:TBA

There might be two versions of this mod, just bug checking now.
I have left some dirt in the area for you to be able to place produce and water items if people would like this removed please let me know, Also I have a version i am testing which has plenty of scrap on the barge please also let me know if you would like to see this.
I will be updating this.
Now available for PS4 and XB1
(This is kinda like a beta version. I have tested it but only to a certain extent, Please let me know if you find any faults/errors)

I built this for myself cause I love settlement building and I wanted somewhere big and flat to build on, So I hope you enjoy it too.
Also there are much better mod authors out there but giving an endorsement helps the little guys and is a real motivator, So please don't forget to Endorse this mod if you like it.

I have added 7 new images from Nexus User dabigpit, Please take a look at his awesome work in the images section.
