    Hi guys, for those with the DOF problem, I got it fixed, dont ask me how, I just follow some guide from this comment and just randomly copy-pasted from other ENBs setting, but anyway:

    Heres what I did:

    1) In FO4 main folder, open enbdepthoffield.fx with notepad, in my case, I use Notepad++ then do these changes to fADOF_NearBlurCurve, fADOF_FarBlurCurve and fADOF_HyperFocus. For NearBlurCurve and FarBlurCurve, change the number at the end of the line to {5.0} and for HyperFocus change it to {0.022}

    2) Click SAVE

    3)
    Go to ENBSERIES folder, open enbdepthoffield.fx file and go scroll down and copy this:

    Spoiler:
    Show
    Focus:: sensitivity to nearest=0.5
    Aperture:: size=2.0
    DOF:: sensor size=36.0
    DOF:: bokeh softness=1.0
    DOF:: blur max range=1.0
    DOF: Enable Autofocus=true
    DOF: Autofocus sample centerX=0.5
    DOF: Autofocus sample centerY=0.5
    DOF: Autofocus sample count=6
    DOF: Autofocus sample radius=0.05
    DOF: Manual focus depth=0.001
    DOF: Near blur curve=5.0
    DOF: Far blur curve=2.7
    DOF: Hyperfocal depth distance=0.022
    DOF: Blur render res mult=0.5
    DOF: Bokeh Intensity=0.5
    DOF: Bokeh shape max size=18
    DOF: Bokeh shape vertices=6
    DOF: Bokeh shape quality=5
    DOF: Bokeh shape roundness=1.0
    DOF: Bokeh shape rotation (°)=15.0
    DOF: Bokeh shape aspect ratio=1.0
    DOF: Gaussian postblur width=3.0

    to replace it with the same line

    4) SAVE

    Thats it! Hopefully it works for you guys

      This doesn't work for me. The DOF keeps resetting to have it ultra blury close to my character. I had to disable hyperfocus depth distance.

      You are a life saver. I have been dealing with this for over a year now and it broke me. I wasnt able to figure out where it was coming. So thank you, you just saved Fallout 4 from being uninstalled :)

      Try either disabling SSAO or DOF or both if you're using a low end pc, those two in particular have a huge hit on frames, also downloading Shadow Boost will benefit any PC tremendously, so much that you may not have to disable the first two options. Also worth looking into ENBoost, using those and a few other mods/load order and textures can give quite an fps boost. My monitor only runs at 75fps but I get a solid 69-75 frames practically anywhere including boston, I have only 16 gb of ram and a GTX 1660 super 6GB.

      If you're still having this issue it could be due to Vivid Weathers and True Storms, if that's the issue download the Weather Synergy Merge Patch and make sure to follow instructions on load order. Also if some clothing or items look a little funny in ENB just turn of multisurface scattering I believe whats it called in the ENB settings

    Oh my, the game looks so crisp and beautiful, no longer this weird muddy washed out look. I really like how unobtrusive this preset is (indeed works great for gameplay) and how it doesn't make unnecessary extra changes like making nights dark af. I had the issue with heavy DOF blurring everything at the front but your fix in the stickied post worked wonders.

    Hi,
    this preset is really nice and work well, but i have one problem with the DOF effect. It works mostly fine, but when i reload some
    weapons (laser gun, pipe gun) there is a strange DOF pop in. So, it is
    possible to disable only this reload effect? I want to keep the rest of
    this DOF settings, i really like it^^

    This is a great ENB, but I have one little problem. Does the look of chrome textures become washed out and not shiny for anyone else? Specifically, the RadBans sunglasses look very different with this ENB. Has anyone else run into a similar problem?

      i think it is not related with ssao.same problem.shift + enter then find ENBEFFECTPOSTPASS. turn the value of "Luma sharpen:: clamp"  from 0.05 to 0.01.after doing this i solve the problem
