outfit shuffler - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/60875 does not play well with this mod. I had like 5000 cuffs spawn in inventory and i thought i was lagging due to some dumb ENB mod but its because by the time i checked inventory i had almost 6000 cuffs at that point lol

Where the locking part is place at the Back of the neck.
While the hinge part is at the Front of the neck.
Now i wonder will you do on both of the lower legs parts as well?
Like some sort of leglets jewelry on the lower legs.
