Any chance of making a version with a smaller model? I like using that gun but every time I unholster it I feel like I'm playing TF2 on default settings. Thing's massive.
I wish the default name for this gun wasn't also "10mm pistol", because that makes it really hard to differentiate. But without changing the instance naming rules, I can see why you went for this instead.
This isn't possible, sadly, without a lot of editing. This gun has the same Instance Naming Rules as the regular 10mm - meaning that the base object is *just* called "10mm", and the suffix "Pistol" comes from the fact that it has a pistol grip. That's how energy weapons turn from rifles to pistols, for example.
I think I'd have to copy the regular rules as a new object, replace every instance of "pistol" with "revolver" and then tie it to the gun somehow. But I've never tinkered with this before. This mod does some really weird stuff with the naming rules too, replacing vanilla entries with its own? Actually, looking at it, I may just start over entirely. This is a mess. Some of the changed entries don't even have a name attached.
It's single action not double which makes it less useful than the default 10mm pistol, also it makes little sense for a fairly recent gun on the fallout universe using a formerly auto caliber(10mm auto) to use single action, there are some single action mods but they are old cowboy revolvers which makes sense for them to be single and not double.
Also the iron sights are just bad, not the model but the position its too low, which makes shooting this not fun at all.
