What is Onset Travels?

First, let me clarify, this is still a WIP. This is a new land mod that takes place in the borough of Onset, Massachusetts. There is a rowboat and synth just north of the Atom Cats' Garage, who'll take you to Onset.
Eventually will contain a full quest, but for now, it's effectively a new land mod.

This only adds a rowboat and character just north of the Atom Cats' Garage. Other than that, it is a fully new world-space, and should not conflict with other location mods.
It adds new cells, characters, factions, and items, but *should* not affect any vanilla data other than previously stated.
What does it mean to be WIP?
I'm trying to make all the areas look their best, but once you get beyond where I've stopped, it's just an empty desert of nothing. I've put a really awkward Perimeter wall around the map, which will be addressed later.
The land is not in process of being NavMeshed (Navigation Meshing) meaning any NPCs (Enemies, Townsfolk, COMPANIONS, etc) may not know where/how to walk, so they will stay in place. At least in certain areas.
There are some enemies added, and more on the way! (Version Kansas) The quest and dialogues are both under construction.

Requirements
A season pass with Fallout 4 is best, but as of version Georgia, I only used the files from Far Harbor. I may use some from Nuka-World when it releases, but we'll see.No other mods are needed
Dedication
This mod is dedicated to my mother, and to all the years growing up we would go to Onset almost weekly. I truly enjoyed it myself, and I want to share a bit of that with the world.Bethesda.net
