This first thing this mod does is change Condensed Fog from a junk item that gives you steel and oil, into a drink that gives you rads. I figured a player might want a quick and easy way to get some rads, because of the Ghoulish perk, Children of Atom items and perks, etc.
The old fog is still in the game, named Fog Dregs. I won't be changing this because I like the idea of some collected fog being left out for awhile and congealing into an oily mess, while the stuff you get out of the condensers is "fresh." And also because that would mean going through the island and finding each instance of the stuff and changing it manually. I'm just not that patient.
The sludge recipes use the new drinkable fog item, so craft away.

The second thing this mod does is make it so the fog condensers actually refill. I got this part from this mod by pohra, with permission of course, which changes the fog jugs into actual respawning containers. They used to be coded as plants, which only respawn when the cell resets, which rarely happens for the places where condensers are found (such as towns). The purpose of this mod is a quick and easy way to get rads on demand, and having an unreliable source of fog juice defeats the purpose.

One obvious and glaring bug is the lack of an inventory image. I will be fixing this once I have the time to figure out how to. I uploaded the mod without it because it's not a huge deal.
