  Ballistic Weave is like a must have, so much that you are wearing the silly hat. Not because you fancy it, but because it is the only one, that is allowed to have Ballistic Weave on it. And then you choose some Underarmor with Ballistic Weave to Stack it with the best Armor Pieces you can get. My solution was to remove the Ballistic Weave from the 5ish Hats that had ir and put it on every piece of Underarmor, Clothing, Armor Suit or Hazmat Suit out there. So now you will always be able to have Ballistic Weave at your Hand no matter how you play, but never more than once.  
  
  But Ballistic Weave does not come Cheap an upgrade it step by step is extremly expensive. Therefore I introduced an Upgrade System where you just paid the much lower difference between two Versions of the M...
