So basically this mod adds a drug to the game named memes.

It exists just so you can get a meme addiction, for comedic effect.

The drug itself gives +10 CHR and -10 INT and the addiction gives -5 CHR

This mod is heavily inspired from "Memes are my drug" for fallout NV.




LOCATION:
Under the sign at the Red Rocket settlement near Sanctuary, in a little red toolbox.
