It changes values in "race" objects. More than likely this is overwriting changes made by some other mod. Try moving it up in your load order so other mods can overwrite it. If that don't work then not much else to do other than remove it.
Cool thanks I needed this mod. The other day my daughter and I had a minor laugh fest at the expense of a Glowing Ghoul, He was on some floating wood in the middle of a lake or river and I shot him and to my surprise he just stood there swinging his arms angrily but was unable to come after me so I shot off his limbs just to piss him off more.
Yeah I tried that too but it still messed up my game exactly like yours ( Flat heads and weird bodies ), so I'm afraid this is something that can't be merged with FO4edit. Maybe it can be done with the CK but I can't understand how to use that damn confusing tool. Unless someone manages to do a compatibility patch you'll have to choose one of the race edits over the other I'm afraid :/
I tryed this mod and it conflict with the BUSTY GRRL mod I turned it off and on so many times to be sure but it made my character breasts small and that is something I can not miss but I liked that the enemies can chase you across lakes and river but I had to disable this for now good mod other than the weird conflict ?
Its not really a weird conflict at all. This mod modifies ingame races. You would need to make a bashed patch for compatibility or simply make the change in the creation kit yourself in the busty mod's esp.
I'll probably be installing this. However, I will note: most people in the Commonwealth probably wouldn't know how to swim. People forget that, before the 20th century, even most sailors did not know how to swim. And the people who grew up in the vaults certainly wouldn't know how, as we've never seen a vault with a swimming pool. Swimming would largely be a lost art by the 23rd century. Pretty much the only people who could would be ghouls from before the war, and your character. Nick as well since he has pre-war memories.
Most creatures, while they technically WOULD be able to swim, wouldn't be able to keep up with a human in the water.
"No more using cheap tactics to avoid fighting hordes of raiders or wild dogs or pesky door to door sales people!"
Methinks that Vault Tec rep couldn't find you until ten minutes before doomsday because you were stubbornly hiding in the river just to get away from him.
I envision leading a horde of raiders to meet a watery, radioactive doom, feeling clever, then almost immediately forgetting that supermutants and ghouls are immune to radiation. Can't wait!

Really want to use this as I think it brings immersion into the game.
Thanks.
Perhaps I missed something.
The other mod is LooksMenu Customization Compendium

My last attempt was just to change the flag for no water.
I will try to see if I can implement a scripted way to do this, but no promises.
It really is a bizarre conflict. Merging it shouldn't even be an issue, as all it does is modify a single vanilla flag.
He had a problem with face morphs, maybe this is the same thing?
"The issue was with FO4Edit, which set the face morphs to values it thought were unedited, but really they were different from vanilla"
