Allows Wasteland Melody's Chinese Assault Rifle - Standalone to be more aligned with Nokhal's BRUTALITY Hardcore Rebalance.

Damage increased: 35->44 (for semi-auto, Standard is automatic at 38)
Drops from LLI_Raider_Weapons at player level 18



I am not sure if this is compatible with his other weapon patches.  I will be adding them to my loadout and if they are this will be updated.
