Is It no longer possible to manually install this mod? Been trying for hours, the mod appears ingame (.esp shows) however its like the content is absent. Yes i ran the .exe and yes other mods are also loaded... any1 had a similar issue?
If only there was a version that was attached to the power armor animations, sounds, and could hold weapons, instead of only having mini nukes. all with the liberty prime voice, but with less reverb and echo. Then this would be perfect.

I can hear him. But he's.....not there. He's like an ghost fighting the red curtain of communism...
