Great Mod. I'll endorse it later. I'm having to relearn Photoshop :-) Can I edit the size and orientation of the 'blue' poster slots in the psd layers? I'd like a couple of bigger versions and in landscape.
NB: I'll try this myself when I get more time to tinker with PhotoShop and FO4. On second thoughts, this request/question really is a waste of digits...Just cut a poster across two of the existing and use 'place anywhere' to align them later. Bingo one larger landscape poster. You can thank me later.
I made up the files correctly, but it keeps crashing to desktop immediately any time i try to use the mod. I tried putting it as high up in the load order as possible, then at the bottom. What the hell's up?
Great mod, thanks so much. Wondering though if there is a way to remove the spotty effect that we see overlaying the images? I removed all the grain layers and simply edited a raw image, but it seems there is still some post-processing by the game that renders the image with a spotty transparent overlay. Any ideas here?
Hey, Oxhornmovies. Thank you SO MUCH for making this! I appreciate it a lot! May I have permission to put it under "videos" tab on the mod pages? Also, thank you for the info on the DDS plugin for AMD. I will add it to the download page link.
A little note regarding your comment on the edges of the posters (but also applies to flags). The photoshop files include an Alpha channel that adds jagged edges to the posters and some tears to the flags. It looks like when you were exporting the file to DDS, you only exported RGB channels, but not the alhpa channel. This resulted in the straightness of the forms. Furthermore, I do not know if you noticed, but the flag mod also adds 3 standing flags (incl. 1 that is animated), under Decorations -> Misc They will make your base even more badass
I am so happy that this video is here. I'm actually subscribed to Oxhorn already, so not only was this familiar, but it also explained why the provided plugin wouldn't work. Just like him, I use AMD drivers. I wouldn't have thought about that for another day or two, I'll tell you.
Is there a way to make the black background in the psd file transparent in fallout? i tried the simple removing the layers Darkening, Grime 2 (inc/dec), Grime 1 and background in photoshop which when viewed in fallout produced a white background where i thought it would be transparent.
