This means that enemies don't scale with you, there are no leveled lists for loot, meaning you can find an assault rifle on the dead body across the sanctuary bridge, if you're level 1 then some enemies may be level 60+, etc. Also the level limit is actually 65,535, please stop acting like a smart boy because you are not.
Read descriptions god damn it, you're gonna have to read the replies, so read the description instead. The world is affected by your level normally, lower levels- weaker enemies, inferior loot, higher levels- stronger enemies, better loot, yada ya, with this it won't be, all that will appear from the get go.
I must say... THIS IS AMAZING! I absolutely love this mod. And another mod (tip for you guys) is the Some Assembly Required (Power Armor Overhaul) That's here on Nexus. It works wonderful with this one! I don't know if I'm allowed to link to another mod here so I just said the name.
What version you instal? I install all-in-one and don't see any changes in world. Unlike the UnleveledCommonwealth where we get highlvl mob spawning from the start the game. I got glowing one's in vault111 with UnCo and don't see something same with UnlWast...

Is it the case that this mod adds level lists that say "level 1 for everything", while preserving the vanilla level lists for additional chances for things to spawn as the player levels up?
I also intend on using In L.I.E.U. (Leveled Items Extensive Unleveler) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7552 as I wanted to make absolutely everything unleveled, but I have to wonder how the two would interfere. If it works as I supposed above, not much, otherwise it would interfere if loaded after your mod.
The in-game mod manager (which is the only thing that works for me after the mods update) doesn't let me install this because it says that this mod has dependencies that don't exist. Anyone knows what's going on?
