FLARE GUN FIRE DAMAGE

---------------------Description------------------------------

Felt that the flare gun was almost useless, and wanted a flare gun more akin to the New Vegas(or TF2/Far cry 3) flare gun, which burned the target.

Now firing the weapon at a target, deals normal ballistic damage and fire damage(energy), engulfing the target in flames.

If the target dies from the Flare gun, it burns, resulting in a charred corpse(most of the times, not robots).

Added craftable ammunition at the Chemistry workstation, under Utilities.

10 Flares for-2 Adhesive
-1 Nuclear Material
-5 Plastic
-2 Oil
-1 Steel
There are 2 versions: Normal(Fire_flare_gun.esp) and increased damage(Fire_flare_gun_more_damage.esp) for those who use more buffed weapons mods(like Weapon Balance Overhaul).

Normal------------10 Ballistic
------------20 Energy(Fire)

Increased Damage--15 Ballistic
--40 Energy(Fire)

>>>KNOWN ISSUE<<<
For some reason adding another damage type to the gun makes the flare explosion deal some damage.
In vanilla it did not. But looking at the wiki page for the Flare gun it says 10(Ballistic)+100(radiation).
I think is something linking the flare explosion to the added damage, but I modified only the base weapon damage and added flames sfx. So no idea what it's the cause; looked at both projectile and explosion with no luck.

So, TL;DR, shooting the flare at the ground(or other surface) deals damage.
Depending on how near the projectile hit is to the target, surface, Todd's whim, the damage is somewhere between 40-80(60-100-for more damage version).

Since most targets move I don't think this is a problem, might be an advantage at lower levels, but a LV 5 armored target takes 4-5 hits to take down, and you obtain the gun around that PC level.

In any case don't shoot at feet, companions's feet, near settlers or friendly NPC.

---------------------Installation--------------------------------

Use NMM, place after other mods that alter Flare gun, in load order.

Uninstall using NMM, by disabling the mod and uninstalling.
