Now this would be awesome... if raiders or what ever attacks your settlements wont pop up in the middle of it...withing the walls. beats the purpose. good i dea tho.
I wanted to point that out as well. The walls are outstretched way too much. You're right. There is a 4/5 probability that raiders will spawn within the walls.
It works nice. When you load it for first time it warns about missing mods which you can ignore. Only issue I see is that it has texts in Cyrillic (Russian or something).

BUT
I have no 1st Person Flashlight in the whole Game. Only in 3rd Person view the Flashlight works well.
I have no Mod installed what the flashlight changes.
If i try an old Savegame from me the Flashlight works well in 1st and 3rd Person view.

I figured out that the load order of Pip-Boy Flashlight and Seen Better Days Player PIPBOY Retexture have to be changed. After this it works well.
