Completed this in 2D. I always wondered how this puzzle would work in VR, especially since the DLC isn't officially ready for VR. I'll try default and if if it proves impossible, then I'll use this Mod. Thanks.
Been a while, but this puzzle is completable in VR. There is a way to complete this by default vanilla even in VR. It just takes brain work. I've always liked this puzzle as unusual as it is for a Bethesda game. It's unusual that for once it's a bit of a brain taxer at the end and actually takes patience to complete. I like that. I wish there was more of it, but puzzles and riddles are a big no, no in games today... which is why this is so unique. Most people will probably use this, including a friend I know, cos nobody has time to actually do a bit of sustained thinking. Guess I'm the odd wierdo one and that's fine. :)
Worked great. (With out your mod I spent hours trying to finish last puzzle because it had an unmovable block blocking light beam. Glad I found your mod.)
Another thing you can do is type "disable" after clicking on anything with the console enabled and it should remove it from the game. Mods may very well prove easier. Glad it worked as well haha (didn't even give the mod a test run).
I'm not sure how good of an idea this is. Figuring out how to get the light places was 100% of the puzzles. And only the last one had any real difficulty.
It is a great idea for people who don't enjoy these puzzles regardless of them being easy or not. It helps decrease the time you have to be in the simulation, which is arguably the worst part of the DLC.
I haven't looked man. I had the leaked copy of Far Harbor for two weeks before it's release on the 19th. I came up with some mod files that I simply hadn't released.
