I looked for so long for an ENB that came even close to the Decay ReShade, and this is just...it's everything I could have ever wanted. It's a real shame that it's not more popular. Absolutely beautiful and bleak and everything I think a Fallout game should be. Huge kudos to you, creator. You did a damn good job!
Definetly one of the best ENB, thanks for share it, it is in my top 3. I have a question: in the Pridwen and on some tall buildings, the landscape is blurry, and the only way to see it with detail, is aim. Is there a way to remove that effect? This could be perfect without it :D
EDIT: I jumped the gun. I don't know why, but after attempting to load the game 2 or 3 times, it started working.
I just installed it, and I'm getting this, too. You can tell it's loading, because the menu is the proper washed out tone, but it crashes within a second of the menu loading.
Decided to replay fallout 4 and was looking for a new enb to use and stumbled upon this and I’m blown away. This enb is dripping with atmosphere.Using it with True Storms and Fr4nsson’s Light Tweaks and the feeling of dread is off the charts. Kinda surprised this enb isn’t more popular.Because it’s gorgous. And so far the performance hasn’t been bad at all. Goes to show how many hidden gem enb’s there are on here if you dig deep enough.
Looks great in the day but it's eye-strainingly dark for me indoors and at night, the depth of field effect makes it all the worse. The nail in the coffin is the noticeable FPS drop... Good for screenshots, not for gameplay.

Thanks!
It also doesn't have a high impact on performance either.

There is no wrapper folder in the current file. What am I supposed to do?
