If it still doesn't work after trying SetStage 1ed86 400 and SetStage 1ed86 1000: 1. Return to Shelter 111 with bare hands (I mean without any equipment, throw it all away). The nearby elevator console will allow you to go back. 2. After entering Shelter 111, you should see the experience value displayed normally. 3. Wait for the 111 shelter door to open 4. Don’t kill the cockroaches immediately after entering. Let them attack you at least once. After that, all your UI should be displayed normally.
I really like the detective option with the little boost to sneaking, but the lock picking and hacking perks go away when I advance skills in these areas. I'd be nice if each skill was treated as if a skill magazine had been picked up. It's disappointing to lost character perks as you level up.
Just in case if anyone comes looking, Detective Start ended up whacking out my lockpicking and I wasn't able to pick Expert or Master Locks even with locksmithing ranked perks. By removing the Sleuth-Hound Perk by typing "Help Sleuth 4" then player.removeperk *perk id* I was able to immediately lockpick again. Hope it helps someone just in case.
When I picked doctor class , came back and got stuck at vault 111 elevator, I can see a half black dome above the lid . I went in and the animation just repeat again and again . Any idea how to fix it ? I know this has been a while, but I really dig it .
