    So did you fix the issue with the settlers or not?

    Simple Question, did you fix the problems with the settlers in the last 3 years? I would love it as a settlement, but i hate it when the settlers just hang around on one place. I have allready a settlement (Drummers Cove or something like that) where the workbench is like a magnet, 20 Settlers hang around it. And sometimes when i came tough i get a little bit angry and shot them with my MG 42.

      Use this console command on them.  This will make any npc commandable as a settler.  Hit them with the command, then open your workshop mode and assign them to your settlement.  This 2nd step is essential or this doesn't work.

    I can't remember where I saw it, but there is a video on Youtube that someone had done that shows exactly how to make a "working settlement" from scratch. maybe if you search for it and apply the stuff to this you can test it and see if it works. I don't see why it wouldn't.

    Gonna track this and see where it goes. Thank you for putting your time and effort into this [unlike most who just whine and cry because it's not perfect for them out of the box, and they are to lazy to crack open the CK and do it themselves] I appreciate that you did this.. thank you.

    i'm also gonna load this into the CK and see what I can do also. As far as making it a Working Settlement, it's all about how the workbench is tied together with the build area. and the alias'. guess i'll watch that tutorial again myself. lol...

      There you go. That places a Workbench wherever suits your fancy. I prefer to use nice ones made by nice modders on this website, but hey, it's awesome to have the freedom!

    Just downloaded this and it is a really nice mod but it has a few quirks -
    1) I get a warning "outside build area" when I am several feet away at the rear and many yards away on the west side.
    2) Doors will not snap to frames but if I place HM Sliding Door in the frame it still functions as it should.
    3) Ceiling lights go through the ceiling so they have to be carefully placed.
    4) No shutter door.
    5) Not shown on map and fast travel target doesn't work.
    Looking forward to decorating it though as there is a fair bit of space for me, Curie, Cait and Piper !

      Thanks man. I will work on those things, I did notice the Outside thing just a bit ago, but for everything else, I will work on fixing some of that up and making it better!

      I should have mentioned BTW I also use the "Red Rocket In Wood" mod so the issues with the ceilings and doors could be due to a conflict between the two mods ?

    why is it peeps always use settlement in there title while its not a working settlement?

    any location with workbench and buildable arena = no settlement but = playerhome

    settlement(s) = like the originals that are in game, means settlers come when beacon is up, you can put them to work, use them for sup line ect

      If you read what? Nowhere does it say that he is working on making this a bonafide settlement, if it is in fact not one.

      I'd say... 100 caps to 1 that it does... 99% of all mods that modify or adds a world cell will cause the Cell Reset, but...

      Use Buildable Power Armor Frames by lapdragon, and only store your kit in player-built containers, and you're safe. Done. No more EFFECTS of the Cell Reset Bug.

      No, I can add that stuff easily though! It currently is the normal location, with a map marker, and two fog condensers!

      Thanks for the reply. If you want to add anything the cooking station would be nice. Cook those chickens for a nice Survival player.

      Haha, yea! Gotta eat them Rad Rabbits and Chickies! Expect that stuff added within the next 30 minutes! I gotta look into something first, which may be an issue I hadn't considered. Never made a mod before, don't know what sorta stuff to look out for O_O
