The mod author didn't do the file path correctly. Just extract the files somewhere, make a folder named radio inside the mus folder, then move the entire Personal Radio folder into the radio folder. Not just the contents, the entire Personal Radio folder goes into radio. The file path should then be: sound/fx/mus/radio/Personal Radio
After that pack it all back up into a new .zip or .7z file for your mod manager to install from. Enjoy. :)
I'm confused as shit... Maybe I'm a moron, but after seeing the track list you posted, I'm seeing that's more than 10. Infact, it's more than 50. Do I still need to just download the 10 track version of PipPOD or will having the 50 track version do any harm? You should totally add an EBM/Aggro radiostation Even more lore-friendly! (except probably not really) Regardless, Kudos.
Nitronoise, Xentrifuge, Diversant:13, Painbastard, H.EXE and NoLongerHuman all got perfect tracks for the wasteland. But we're talking really underground here. Like, so far underground that even the coal miners ain't even heard some of these bands.

You also need to install manually, at the time of writing, as the NMM installation directory path is incorrect in this version.
your file installs in Data\sound\fx\mus\PersonalRadio
You are missing the 'radio' dir. Discovered this after installing with NMM and getting silence when I attempted to use the radio station.
