I guess this hasn't been updated since Nukaworld was added? All the colorful colors of the wigs are mussed now (like yellow is pink... pink is green.. etc...).. :\

I suppose for now I can just rename them in the armor bench but an updated version with the colors corrected would be wonderful.

Is there any way to move Wilma? ATM, it's kind of disconcerting to see her standing there in the bushes outside the walls where the raiders spawn.

Ideally, sticking her in either Goodneighbor or Diamond City would be preferable, but even moving her inside the build area of Red Rocket would be less jarring.

Again, thanks for all of your work.

You can move her yourself. She doesn't wander.Just click on her in the console, go to the spot you want her to occupy, then enter 'moveto player' in the console and she will move to you.You can even set her up a wig store in one of your settlements and she won't leave it.

The Megaton wig is missing the hairband for me, there's just a gap. Does this happen to anyone else, of do I need to look at my installation?

It is a great mod thanks you imbitten! A suggestion: I have seen some cloth mods that change the color with armor mods ingame, maybe you could use the same technique with the wigs so you only would have 33 wigs ingame instead 924. Two examples about those mods I say are Nanosuit or Armored Leotard.

    Very neat idea.

Quick question though. Why an NPC and not a container? I know I'm being picky but I myself would rather just a standard chest or maybe even a wooden crate plopped somewhere instead of an additional person to the game. Just wondering.

because i need the practice with the CK adding an npc so that's what i did.

Well, if you do help wig 0 you will get a list of every wig in the mod and it's console ID, so you don't even need the chest.

Wigs might become less useful with the Vault Tec DLC, though. Supposedly it will allow you to customize your vault dwellers (and presumably your own character) with a barber shop and cosmetic surgeon.Assuming that this feature works like it sounds and can be used in non-vault settlements as well then the need for wigs would be diminished a bit.

This doesn't appear to be working for me, no matter how low or high the .esp file is on the plug-ins list. D: I tried uninstalling my other hair mods, but nothing is showing up.

not showing up on you, your settlers, your companions? not showing up on becky? when you go into the console using tilde and type help wig 0 does anything show up there? or is it all of the above?

Firstly, thanks for the mod. I can only imagine the amount of work you've already sunk into this.

With the latest version, I've got every single one of the wigs working on my settlers, for sufficient values of working. I'm also having the 'too small' issue.

For what it's worth, the wigs also work on male settlers. The Mercenary seems particularly suited for male settlers who seem to show up bald more than you'd expect.

My only other problem is with the blonde wigs. They're clown yellow. Densely saturated colors such as pink and blue work well, but the blonde just looks off. Maybe lose some saturation and get it to look more like naturally blonde hair?

Other than that, I'm liking it. I've already got more than a few hours invested, between lugging crap to Fallon's Basement to swap for the wigs, armoring them up, and choosing which ones look appropriate for which settlers. I'm also using them to help identify merchants. Doctors (for reasons) get bleached hair, tailors get shades of red, and the regular traders go with shades of blue.

    Eagerly awaiting the fix.

recommend you get the 2.3 so you don't CTD if you drop one by mistake. I'll be working on the other colors like a real blonde etc. and i'll be adding things like bright Orange if i can pull it off.
