Retexture of the vault suit nice fail but if anyone wants a true flash outfit for fo4 i would not advise you to take this failed mod I would recommend The Flash by jops444.
Hey, man, is it possible for the suit to increase the damage output of melee punches and or for a slow mo effect or for your fists to move really, really fast?
I've got a workaround. Just open the console and type "player.forceav 2f7 0". The variable 2f7 is the waterwalking variable for the player, which was set to 1 or 4 on my character when I put the flash suit on. By forcing the value to 0 I could swim and dive again.
It's great that someone finally made some reasonable Flash powers but maybe you could add it as standalone upgrade (like legendary effect) or use the model from http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5037/? .

I hope someone can find a way to fix it, I doubt arthmoor would becase it might be an engine bug.
