To FIX THE WATER WALKING I HAVE A QUOTE
"I've got a workaround. Just open the console and type "player.forceav 2f7 0". The variable 2f7 is the waterwalking variable for the player, which was set to 1 or 4 on my character when I put the flash suit on. By forcing the value to 0 I could swim and dive again. "
