Here is a question. There are some prefix/text really typical for different types of effects/lines/values, or I can say that it have some typicall rules for example (just of my head) FshadowFADEDISTANCE FlightFADEDISTANCE or FshadowFADEMAX/MINDISTANCE FlightFADEMAX/MINDISTANCE
And question: if the engine will recognize smth that I will write on my own, using this rules ????? for example (just of my head too) i have problems with specular, there is no specularmaxfade line in defaults inis and archive we can see here, so I just add it to ini on my own FspecularFADEMAX/MINDISTANCE Will engine recognize this crap?
AND THE REAL QUESTION if there can be written a console command/line to clean out light from buffer/preload or if lightbuffer cell can be added, or a can I try just combine some text for example tryto write a line with prefix "MS" that will perform some action with this thing every time "MS" period ends, or I just dont know what I want really
ok, that's embarrassing, but to be honest, I didn't test this thoroughly. If worked in FO3 and NV, and I only tested if FO4 accepts the command - which it did, with the proper confirmation message.
It doesn't seem to create the file, can't find it myself, even if I specify a full path it's not there. Sorry, should have tested this properly before posting.
I've taken the liberty of generating a "template" ini-file based on your information. Not everything in here are actual valid INI variables, but I suppose most of them are.
Feel free to include this in the mod if people want this.
#edit: Since I couldn't find any 'default values' in the generated file from your mod, I've simply given everything empty values based on their types. You'll have to think of some 'sane defaults' for them yourself.
Just released a mod to load INI settings independently from Fallou4.ini. This way you don't need to mess with the original. Feel free to use and Include it if you want. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1432/?.

I am not understanding what the Fallout.txt file contains. It has quite a few commands that the console does not recognize?
Set Console Output File (logs all console output in specified file):
scof <filename>
scof "log.txt"
Where the file should be?

Btw, can you re-generate a template in format?
getini "fIniSettingName:IniSectionName"
with this used in game i can get all default values.
If only there is a dump console command was available in game.
