Unfortunately, more of an extremely glitchy player home than a settlement. While the workshop functions, it has no support for any of the features that actually make a location a settlement beyond "the workshop functions" - settlers will not go here from other locations, beacons do not work, you can't send companions here, and while you can send a supply line here, you'll never see that provisioner actually arrive or depart. I'm not sure if it successfully links the workshops anyway, but the glitches make it hard to tell. I constantly get kicked out of workshop mode, framerate stutters, and I get constant texture flickers. While this place is practically made to be a settlement (to the point that companions comment on the fact that it was previously inhabited), this mod just isn't the way to get it.
make sense this mod old, and i made it when i barely had any expierence it used to work fine given the limitations you mentioned i suggest find similair mods to this mod since again its very outdated, and i dont plan on updating it done to lack of knowledge
That's fair, and I wasn't aiming to give you a hard time about it. Some old mods just don't work out. There's other options for putting a settlement at this specific spot, at least.
The screenshots themselves show "0 happiness" or "0 moral" which shows that the mod doesn't actually work... With the zero happiness glitch the settlement will not be able to recruit settlers even with console commands...
