Hello nexus community i ever want a settlement in Fairline Hill Estates now i have make one and share them with the community :)

The Mod place a workshop in Fairline Hill Estates with them you make a settlement 

if you find a bug or have a other idea for a new settlement tell my them 
supply lines dont work at time and settlers the same i dont know how to fix the problem
warning enemys ar respawn in the area
mods like  scrap everything are working i have testes with scrap everything
