Hallo Liebe Nexus Communtiy das ist meine erste mod im grunde fügt sie nur eine werkbank in University Ponit hinzu womit auch dort eine siedlung bauen könnt ich habe den bau bereich zimlich gross gemacht :)
achtung in den baubereich könne gegner spawnen!
Erstellt wurde diese mod mit den Ck :3

die mod bekommt ihr einfach mit nexus mod manager ins spiel oder macht sie manuel rein 

Falls ihr ein fehler findet schreibt es mir gern in kommentare ich werde versuchen euch zuhelfen so gut ich kann.

und wen ihr noch orte/ideen für eine siedlung habt schreibt es mir auch gerne
