This is great work. What a difference the face makes. I've gone from wanting to kill Marcy every time she looks at me, to actually feeling empathy. They both look like they've been through what the game says they have.
I've heard that 98% of what humans communicate to each other is non-verbal, via facial expression, whether we intend it or not, a throw back to our pre-language ancestry. This mod proves that. Well done.
If you want to do this you need a LooksMenu mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12631/? Then open console and enter "slm 0001a4da", save preset and you can use it for your character.
There is a second way. Instal Face Ripper http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3878/? Choose my events in the first paragraph and required save game in the second, then click Transfer Face. This method does not work with the new saved game as the author has not yet patched.

If you want unbuttoned shirt, you need to install BodySlide http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25/? and CBBE http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15/? then download Skimpy Armor and Clothing Replacer http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7718/? and select a "2pac Flannel Shirt and Jeans" in SliderSets and ShapeData folder. It will change the shirt on all female characters.
I like what you did with the both of them but I hate those two people so much that I empty a few clips into each of them every time I visit Sanctuary. It's just my way of saying "hi".
