This mod adds a new home for you in Goodneighbor.
It has it's own map marker, workbench and you can build whatever you want inside.
It fits very well in Goodneighbor and it's 100% immersive and lore friendly.
The house itself is an interior cell so it protects you from absolutely everything from the outside world.
