Is it the case where when you walk towards it, it disappears again? I've seen that in my games before too but I'm not sure that there's any way to stop that from happening. But maybe?
For anyone wondering by default this mod is completely broken, with lots of floating objects and a ton of things that you have to go into the console and disable. I was hoping that the mod was what the grass picture showed but it isn't. For Spec Island I'd recommend another mod if you don't want to put an hour or more of work into console disabling...
