Thank you for trying this mod. I made it so Fusion Cores can be crafted at the Chemistry Station. The only file needed is Fallout.esm. Just put Fusion Core.esm into the Data folder. And activate in the mods section. Thank you to Bethesda for creating this game and Creation kit.
