I was able to make them compatible by adding conditions to the perks that QuickTrade adds. You have to add the condition GetTalkedToPC = 1 (which is the opposite of the condition needed for this mods perk) to each of the perks on all of the effects. I would share the files but I am using a customized version of QuickTrade Redux.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work with QuickTrade (not your fault of course). I have it after QuickTrade in my load order but that same issue appears where it says STRANGER instead of TALK and still shows their name. Any idea why this would be? FO4Edit shows no issues but these seem like mods where it wouldn't anyways.
I think in a common vision, more than stranger we would refer to another person simply as "man" or "woman"... (i would refer to anyone as "dude" but anyway..)
I only just found this thanks to going through some of Gopher's old videos... wish I had found it sooner, this mod is excellent. It encourages me to interact with all the NPC's rather than just glancing at them and making a decision based on what they are called. Excellent rp immersion mechanic. Thank you for improving my game experience!
My only problem with this mod is that it shows Nate as a stranger when starting a new playthrough. Would it be possible to make this mod activate only after you exit Vault 111? It's just a little pet peeve. Otherwise great mod
