   Can anyone give me a clue to it's location as I've looked and looked from the vault as far south as abernathy farm and I cannot find it.

   Add a map marker and some enemies, so it can become better location.

      You should make it optional then. To suit the different players. Would be cool attach a minor quest to it.
      Like the hunter was after a wandering deathclaw who butchered the hunter's family. Then the hunter died too for some reason.
      A note would tell the story. Something like that, i'm not good at these...

   oh wow that is the first pine tree i have seen in a mod! if you make a pine tree mod that we can decorate with that would be amazing xD

   rifle should be called hidden death and does bonus sneak attack damage

      The rifle should be called Hunter's companion and do bleed damage according to what I have in the CK but I can't get it to work at the moment.
