I would marry you if I knew you. I don't give a crap if you're a male or female because you just made my favorite President in the Fallout universe and this makes me pleased. :3
The only thing that would make this better is if it was in Skyrim. Not because of any difference in quality of the game or anythhing silly like that. NO, I want this in Skyrim for one simple reason.
I have seen small ports of Skyrim meshes and textures to Fallout 4 before. Not sure about a player model, but it is probably possible. My guess is when the creation kit comes out something like this would be way easier to accomplish.
