Anyway, I finally just went to the wiki for a comparison. You made the pants darker and added the patches. Shirt is otherwise unchanged. It's a decent enough change and I probably would have endorsed but being as you didn't care that much, I don't either. Let curiosity get the better of me, so I bothered to look, but that's about it.
I don't know how much time you spend with modding, but I can tell you there is a clear pattern in texture mods. Ones without comp pics are always page 15+ in top dls and endorsements, and that's with no GECK.
Well, I am a university student with 1 exam last week and 2 this week, so no, you're right I did not bother yet, because at the end of the day my grade point average is more important than modding for me, this is a hobby.
I don't really aspire to end up in the top 15 downloads, or to become "internet famous" through my mods.
Sitting with my Photoshop file open I can tell you there is 4 different coat layers designed to change the color of the coat, as well as I've added more detail in terms of "fabric".
You might want to go back to the Wiki and check again, because the Army Fatigues are green in Fallout, no part of this uniform is olive drab green, apart from the legs. If you wanted to make a jab at me at my work with this file, then accuse me of not having changed the pant colors, as there is only 3 layers of green on it.
While my endorsement or where I end up doesn't matter to me, I am still top of page 2, in terms of endorsements and and views. To be fair, if this is the way you are going to treat us modders, and have no regard for the fact that this is our hobby, and we have personal lives that simply must take presence over this, then I'm not sure I want your endorsement, so you can respectfully keep it.

Looks great, my only concern being that the rank patch is a little.. low? You'd think that since our character has been invited to give a speech at quite a prestigious event, (before total war with China delayed it 200 years) he'd be a slightly higher rank than a Private. Not complaining at all, everything else looks rad! Maybe just include a Sergeants rank patch instead?
I've noticed that in first person, I cannot see the sleeves. it also makes my arms see through. Can you please look into it? (Edit) actually I think it is because I am using the Pip Pad mod which removes the pipboy.
I compressed the screenshots quite a lot when I uploaded them, the texture is 2048x2048, I think its fine. But I will be looking into upping the actual pixel count when the GECK comes out, as for messing about some level lists etc to get it to make sense on level vs rank.
