The only thing keeping me from using this mod is the fact that it highlights how ridiculously huge the chest piece is. It's like a big fat overhang that'd block your sight pretty badly in real life. Do you think you could make another mod that reduces that piece as well to keep it proportion with the helmet?

The first time I saw the t-60 chest-plate up close I laughed my ass off. In military terms, that huge drop in the top of it (to make room for the oversized helmet) is a grenade trap. Someone could throw a grenade, bounce it off the helmet or shoulder and land it into that trap, and probably kill the power armor user instantly since the frags would cut into the neck seal and other critical areas near the head and neck.

Bordraw, if you did an accompanying mod for this to shrink the chest-plate in a little so it isn't so silly. I'd love it. Still gonna track this mod.

Pretty much the same feeling here. It looks cool and all, but it's too large. If it was shrunken down to stay in proportion with the helmet, even the grenade trap 'problem' would disappear. I think in Beth's attempt to make PA look bigger, bulkier, and more "tank-like", they overlooked a few things.... Also, on the note of grenade traps, the T-60 and T-45 both got a pretty sever case of PAULDRONS! with the FO4 models. I mean, have you seen the size of those things? They look like 40k Space Marine shoulder armor. You can't even see around them for gods sake, and it would be even easier to trap a grenade in there than in the chest trap of the t-60.

Thanks, Buddy. I came here looking for this exact thing after getting in-game with the head model and being annoyed by the chest plate.

My only issue with this mod is the headlight is now separated from the head, can you fix this?

I know that the Red Tactical and the Bright headlamp use the T-45 meshes, maybe that is what you mean. There is also a fix mod for that: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8164/?

Other armors don't seem so bad, even though X-01 could get maybe a *little* shorter.

Very nice modification! I like it.

If you're taking requests, do you think you could make a mod like this that makes the chest front of the T51 Power Armor torso a bit more pronounced then its vanilla counterpart?

    Thanks for this modification dude!
Now, in your opinion, making the chest smaller will make it look better?

Could you please do this too the X-01 head? There is like a foot of face in front of where the player's actual head would be and it just doesn't look good, especially with other armor sets.

    Big improvement.
When looking at the before and after pics side by side, the before actually looks stretched rather than the after squashed.

It'd be a pain in the ass to make this standalone, power armor pieces are connected to too much stuff. I'd rather keep it simple for something this small.
