Just an FYI for those looking for the bald patch fix (idk if this fixes it or not) but the bald patch is linked to the mouth type. The only mouth types that can be used is average and prominent - all other types end up having the bald patch. If you're having this issue just switch your mouth type over to average or prominent, or a different type may work as well.
If you want the issue to actually go away on other mouth types start a new game and the character creation fixes it. Works there but not in SLM console for some reason.
In case anyone else like me spent 10 minutes trying to figure out why this doesn't work: The mod technically 'does' work, but on my own game, it only fixed the issue for my character. Other NPCs still have the pixel beard.
