If you install this on a new save it will add it to the "get" list for the minutemen radiant quests to find settlements. And it's impossible to complete without the completequest console command.
This seems to be an entirely new settlement. I Think I have found all the other workbenches, I'm using all my normal settlements, and everything here seems to function. Good job! Endorsed!
