Increased Weapon Mod Distribution
I was making this during the development of Weapon Mod Fixes but I wasn't really sure about it being a "fix", so I broke it off of that mod and made it this. Makes it easier for compatibility, too!
This mod is pretty simple, it adds a bunch of the missing vanilla game weapon mods to the mod distribution for NPCs, and changes the rate of others. So you'll now see NPCs with all of the sights and receivers that Bethesda didn't allow them to spawn with before, and melee weapons are more likely to have a variety of materials and mods.
