I'm not really sure what you're asking. As long as you install the DEF_INV part of DEF_UI, and use the latest version of the DEF_UI Tags from Valdacil's Item Sorting (or whichever sorting mod you use), the icons will show up in your inventory, in containers, and in crafting menus (like the weapon mod one).

I'm assuming that you're using the Russian translation of Valdacil's Item Sorting (seeing as that's the only version I know of that supports Cyrillic characters which it looks like you're using). If you are, then it might be a problem with that mod. If not, go and check out that mod and see if it fixes the problem.
I have just done a quick check ingame, and I don't get the icons for everything, so I wouldn't really worry about it too much. It could be a bug in DEF_UI, or using the mod midway through the game, but I don't really know for sure.
