   Thanks, it drove me mad how many times levelling up would overwhelm an NPC's dialogue and vital details would now have to be found at the wiki rather than hearing them naturally because of that blasted fanfare!

      Somehow none of the 'level up sound' mods seemed to hit this file, they all focused on the noise out of menu. Thought I should throw it up here :)
