Increases the value of alcoholic drinks, to be closer to how much chems are worth. By default, nearly every alcohol item other than Bobrov's Best has a 1:5 weight to value ratio. That's nearly worthless, so you have the choice to adjust their values to 10, 25 or 50 caps. Bobrov's remains unaffected with a 1:60 weight to value ratio.
